Pittsburgh Steelers cornerback James Pierre is back with the team after initial cut-downs, as they have re-signed him to the practice squad. Pierre was a surprise release by the team given his contributions on special teams, but he could always be elevated when needed.
Pierre is with the Steelers for his sixth season with the team. In 2024, Pierre played in 15 games in 2024 after being signed early in the season to bring special teams experience to the team.
