OXFORD, Miss. - A large event following Ole Miss' first football game of the season ended in gunfire at a barbeque restaurant on South Lamar Boulevard in Oxford.

Antwan Terrell Tompkins, 19, was charged with aggravated assault following the event.

Cell phone video obtained by FOX13 shows over a hundred people at Booth’s BBQ and Yard around 12:30 Sunday morning. Oxford Police (OPD) said the crowd gathered after the Ole Miss football game, but the celebration turned violent.

Police said the crowd caused parking and traffic problems on South Lamar. An Uber driver who asked to remain anonymous told FOX13 those conditions made the roads dangerous for drivers and riders.
