(FOX40.COM) -- A missing person case in Vacaville is now being investigated as a homicide, according to the Vacaville Police Department.

Luther Harris, 37, was last seen in the parking lot of his apartment complex in the 1500 block of Alamo Drive on April 30, 2020. VPD said Harris, a father of two, has had no contact with friends or family since, and was reported missing by his mother after failing to contact her for Mother’s Day.

At the time of his disappearance, Harris was described as a Black man with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet 8 inches tall, with a thin build.

Based on information gathered during this investigation, VPD said it reclassified Luther Harris’ disappearance as a homicide. It is unclear what information was revealed.
