GRAND FORKS — It really didn't matter where Mike Greseth started Friday night during the first night of the 19th annual John Seitz Memorial Late Model Invitational at River Cities Speedway.

He was fast all night.

Now, the question is will he be fast again Saturday night in the 92-lap, $9,200-to-win Seitz feature — the most prestigious late model race in the Upper Midwest.

Greseth won the 15-lap Go Hard or Go Home dash — the race that sets the first eight starting positions for the 92-lap feature.

Greseth started 6th in the dash but grabbed the lead with five to go and finished 1.834 seconds ahead of Chad Becker, who started on the pole. Cole Schill finished third while three-time Seitz winner A.J. Diemel finished fourth and RCS regular Joey Pederson fifth.
