Man arrested for sexual battery by restraint

Imperial police officers arrested a man on Pinto Court on a charge of sexual battery by restraint.

Imperial County Sheriff’s Office activity logs indicate that Marcos Ruben Dominguez, 40, was booked into the county jail at 5:30 p.m. on September 4 with a bail set at $5,000.

Woman booked for threats

Sheriff’s deputies arrested a woman on West Belford Road on a charge of threatening to commit a crime with intent to terrorize, Imperial County Sheriff’s Office call logs show.

According to the logs, Sonia Diaz, 44, was booked into the county jail at 5:08 p.m. on September 4 with a bail set at $5,000.
