As everybody knows, healthy things never taste as nice as the things that are bad for you. But at Pho, the food's so good even the healthy stuff is pretty delicious.

I've been a few times to the restaurant in Leicester city centre , which has stood at the corner of High Street and Shires Lane for more than seven years. It's always been a great place to eat in my experience and my mouth was watering as I sat waiting for the Deliveroo rider to get to me with my massive lunch.

As usual, I'd gone big and ordered two starters and two mains , purely so my review would be more fair to the restaurant and give a better overview. First up were the pork and lemongrass meatballs, costing £8.25, which came on little kebab sticks with a dunking sauce.
