The national Foundation to Combat Antisemitism working to inspire Americans to stand up to Jewish hate and all hate was so moved by an Oklahoma church's 2024 initiative that it is spreading the idea as an interfaith movement across the U.S.

St. Luke's Methodist Church will host its Stand Up Sunday for the second time on Sunday, Sept. 7, and at least 39 other houses of worship around the country plan to follow suit in a demonstration of interfaith unity.
