(WHTM) — Stray showers are to be expected in State College throughout the Nittany Lions' Week 2 matchup against FIU.
It is expected to be damp at times, as we are expecting stray showers from kickoff at 12 p.m. through the game's completion at 4 p.m. before drying up.
The front should be progressive and slide to the east by the end of the game, but I would plan for at least some rain and a possible lightning delay this Saturday.
Penn State will look to rely on its running back tandem of Nick Singleton and Kayron Allen, who combined for three touchdowns against Nevada. Penn State is 8-0 when Singleton and Allen score a touchdown in the same game.
Going into Saturday’s game against the unranked Panthers, Penn State has won 32 consecutive games against opponents unranked in the AP Poll.
