Camp Hill field hockey on Friday pulled out a 2-0 win in a battle of attrition against Big Spring, as Alina Baetz and Liv Hess six minutes apart notched the establishing and insurance goals in the third quarter to break the scoreless stalemate.
Baetz scored at the 37:33 mark on an assist from Hess, while Hess added another goal for Camp Hill on a penalty stroke, 43:25 into the action.
The Lions improve to 5-1 on the season while Big Spring drops to 4-1. The Lions limited the Bulldogs to just two shots on goal.
