Driver dies in wrong way crash on I

Part of Interstate 526 was closed Saturday morning when a vehicle driving the wrong way in the westbound lanes crashed.

The North Charleston Police Department was called to the Don Holt Bridge which was closed temporarily and reopened shortly after 7 a.m.

Authorities says the driver died at the scene and was the only person in the vehicle.
