Presented by Hercules First Federal Credit Union , each week we honor athletes for their exceptional performance on the gridiron. Our winner this week was Corner Canyon High School quarterback Helaman Casuga.

Casuga and Corner Canyon High School made the trek north to face the Fremont Silver Wolves last week in a non-region matchup. Casuga wasted no time settling in as he threw two touchdown passes to build a 14-0 lead midway through the first quarter as the Chargers took off and never looked back.
