Whitehall High School’s football team showcased its offensive firepower on a night when it honored Saquon Barkley.

The Zephyrs (2-1) posted a commanding 62-21 win over East Stroudsburg South (0-3), led by stellar performances from Jeziah Gregory and the Dogmanits brothers.

Barkley, the Philadelphia Eagles star running back, was celebrated for his induction into the Whitehall Athletic Hall of Fame.

“I know, usually, we do this in January during basketball season,” Barkley told the crowd during his speech on Friday night. “I remember being a kid during basketball season, sitting down on the sideline, watching the Hall of Famers come up and talk. I always wanted to do that. So, for me, it’s super surreal.”
