A new endowment, named for Thomas R. and Mary Ellen Brigante, will support an annual jazz performance curated by the San Bernardino Symphony Association.

The first Thomas R. and Mary Ellen Brigante Jazz Performance will be a Sept. 20 concert by the Josh Nelson Jazz Ensemble at the San Bernardino Valley College Auditorium.
