He ran into tight end Travis Kelce in the first quarter and was then immediately ruled questionable to return.

The Chiefs later confirmed he was out - leaving their wide receiving corps even more depleted.

Kansas City is without Rashee Rice for six games through suspension.

And head coach Andy Reid shared a worrying update on Worthy after the game.
