PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A person was shot, and a suspect is on the run after a shooting in Chandler early Saturday morning.

Chandler Police responded to the shooting near Arizona Avenue and Elliot Road, just before 2 a.m., according to a department spokesperson.

One victim was transported to a local hospital with injuries. Their condition remains unknown.

A suspect is still still on the run.

Arizona’s Family has asked for more information about the case. The investigation is ongoing.
