Drag queen and former RuPaul's Drag Race contestant Delta Work , host of the Very Delta podcast/web series, recently sat down with and interviewed 64-year-old Louisianan Marguerite Perrin —best known as "The God Warrior" from her iconic appearance on the FOX television show Trading Spouses .

In the years following her reality TV appearance, Perrin has been a fierce advocate for and ally to the LGBTQ+ community ; she credits this in part to the outpouring of support she received from the community following the tragic loss of her eldest daughter in 2007. Her husband, Barry, also sadly passed away just last year.
