Just when you think people couldn’t be any more heartless, a story like this surfaces — of a helpless little family abandoned in an alley in Rio Grande Valley, Texas.

Being dumped was already devastating enough, but this poor dog mom’s world crumbled even further when a stranger stole one of her precious babies right in front of her.

She could only watch in anguish, powerless to stop it, as her puppy cried out.

A Desperate Plea For Help

Local dog rescuer Jessica received a message about a mama dog and her three pups who had been cruelly abandoned in an alley.
