It’s War.
Missouri football and Kansas are set to end a 14-year series break and revive one of the oldest and fiercest rivalries anywhere in college football with a matchup Saturday, Sept. 6 on Faurot Field in Columbia.
The Tigers (1-0) opened their season with a 61-6 win over Central Arkansas on Aug. 28. Now, as Mizzou runs into Week 2, the stage gets much bigger for new starting quarterback Beau Pribula and company.
Kansas (2-0) has wins over Fresno State and Wagner already this season, and experienced starting quarterback Jalon Daniels poses a significant challenge for the Mizzou defense.
So, throw the records out the window and prepare for battle — one where the victor also wins the War.
