What we learned from Week 3 of high school football in SW Indiana

EVANSVILLE — The high school football season is a marathon, not a sprint.

That definitively holds weight only three weeks into the regular season. We're slowly learning more about which Southwestern Indiana teams might become true contenders in November. And what we think now might change in a month. A couple of prominent matchups, looking at Heritage Hills versus Gibson Southern in particular, can't come soon enough.
