A house that sold for just under $1 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Atlantic City between Aug. 18 and Aug. 31.

The area saw a total of 29 residential real estate sales during the past two weeks, averaging $179,817, or $253 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of August 18 to the week of Aug. 31 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
