A heritage site on Unley’s Greenhill Road could be set for a major transformation, with plans submitted by Minuzzo Project Management to add an eight-level apartment complex to an eye-catching industrial exterior. The complex would feature 32 apartments including two three-story townhouses.

If approved, the development process will be complex, involving the brick-by-brick deconstruction of the brickwork facade. Planning documents stated it would be “more efficient, safe and cost-effective to dismantle the Local Heritage Place brick by brick and reconstruct it once the basement and upper levels are completed.”
