STILLWATER — A Payne County district judge ruled in favor of four high school boys on Friday, Sept. 5, temporarily restoring their eligibility to play varsity basketball for Glencoe High School .
The Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association (OSSAA) sent a letter July 7 notifying the parents of their student’s ineligibility with allegations of a violation of an OSSAA rule . A team of lawyers presented a petition to Associate District Judge Michael Kulling on Friday in hopes of deeming the boys eligible with a temporary restraining order (TRO) on OSSAA’s enforcement.
