Rappel off of the Louisville Slugger Museum to raise money for critically, chronically ill kids

LOUISVILLE, Ky. —

A fundraiser for critically and chronically ill kids offers the chance to rappel off of the Louisville Slugger Museum.

Critically Loved is a nonprofit organization that helps families of children with critically and chronically ill children. With Over the Edge, an urban rappelling company, Critically Loved was able to put on a fundraiser of major proportions.

Donors and sponsors were given the opportunity to rappel off the roof of the Louisville Slugger Museum. Anyone who wished to donate but not go over the edge could sponsor the opportunity for a special needs parent to go over the edge.

There was also an opportunity to "Toss Your Boss," which allowed employees to raise funds to send a willing boss over the edge for $2,000. For an additional $500, the boss could cho
