BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - Another week, another blowout. North Dakota State pummeled the Tennessee State Tigers.
The Bison won their week two matchup 59-3. After two weeks of play, NDSU is outscoring their opponents 97-3.
Barika Kpeenu averaged a healthy 5.7 yards per carry on ten carries and found the end zone three times.
Cole Payton, meanwhile, was solid in the passing game with 166 yards on 16 attempts. Payton found eight different targets for completions against the Tigers.
While the Bison faithful will have to wait a little longer for Missouri Valley Conference play, NDSU does play their home opener next week against Southeast Missouri State.
