A chance to get in the win column is once again on the table for Louisiana football in Week 2 of the 2025 college football season.

The Ragin’ Cajuns are hosting I-10 rivals McNeese State for a clash of in-state foes as they look to give Cajun Nation a better show than last week’s home opener at Our Lady of Lourdes Stadium.

With quarterback Walker Howard officially out for the remainder of the season, all hopes for an explosive offense lie with redshirt freshman Daniel Beale. The Baton Rouge native will make his first collegiate start against the Cowboys , who enter the matchup with a win under their belt.
