Today was a cooler day across the ArkLaMiss. A front moved through early in the day triggering rain showers and thunderstorms. Due to this early morning rain, temperatures topped out in the 70s and 80s. Cooler air will stay in place through at least Monday. After this, a gradual warming trend begins, with high pressure slowly building back in. Temperatures to finish off the week will be back near average in the low 90s.
