BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. — Soccer is a game of speed and skill. Some players have an abundance of one or the other, but few at the high school level wield both.

Wheeling Park High School senior Julia Dunaway is one of those players that pairs breakaway speed with incredible soccer smarts. She showed both off Saturday with a five-goal scoring blitz against Bridgeport High School as the Lady Patriots improved to 7-0 on the season with a 5-1 victory.

Dunaway got the scoring started 11 minutes into the contest as she received a through-ball from sophomore midfielder Molly Bradshaw, outran a pair of defenders and buried the ball in the back of the net.
