The U.S. men's national team's run to the 2026 World Cup is off to a rough start.
South Korea on Saturday got past the U.S. 2-0 in their international friendly matchup at Sports Illustrated Stadium in New Jersey.

U.S. manager Mauricio Pochettino went with Josh Sargent as the striker, supported by Tim Weah and Christian Pulisic on the wings and Diego Luna as the attacking midfielder.
But the attack never quite clicked into gear, and South Korea attacked each flank well. The first goal came in the 19th minute via none other than new LAFC star Son Heung-min.
Son, playing up top, was slipped in behind by left winger Jae-Sung Lee. With right center-back Tristan Blackmon in the rea
