KNOXVILLE - Star Thomas is certainly living up to his name. One week after an impressive debut against Syracuse, the transfer from Duke had another big game as he scored three times to help lead #22/17 Tennessee to a 72-17 win over East Tennessee State Saturday at Neyland Stadium. The victory was the 500th at Shield-Watkins field and also set a new Tennessee record for most points in a single game. As the score would indicate, the Volunteers put up monster offensive numbers. Thomas carried the ball 12 times for 69 yards. Tennessee had 717 yards of total offense compared to 216 for ETSU. The Vols got a lot of work out of their quarterbacks as starter Joey Aguilar went 23-of-31 for 288 yards and two scores. He was replaced in the second half when the score was out of hand b
