Dangerous storms moved through Massachusetts Saturday.
Storms started in New York with a tornado warning around 1:30 p.m. but slowly moved their way across Massachusetts, leaving a path of destruction.
Trees and wires were blown over as the National Weather Service warned of 60 mph winds. There was also the possibility of golf ball sized hail.
“For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building,” the National Weather Service warned. “Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.”
