BULLHEAD CITY — Four members of the Bullhead City Police Department were among the graduates of the first forensic phlebotomy class offered in northwest Arizona.

Corporal Trent Petersen, Detective Siearra Padilla, Records Clerk Maria Rodriguez, and Property & Evidence Custodian Abigail Morales were celebrated in a pinning ceremony last week on the completion of their training and receiving their certification. ×
