A mass Russian drone and missile attack on Kyiv has killed at least two people and injured 11, Ukrainian officials say.
Among the dead was a one-year-old child whose body was uncovered from the rubble by rescuers, said Tymur Tkachenko, the head of Kyiv's administration.
Russian drone debris struck a residential building in the Sviatoshynskyi district and another in the Darnytskyi district of Kyiv, according to Kyiv mayor Vitallii Klitschko.
A fire broke out on the top of an administrative building in the city's Pecherskyi district, Tkachenko said on social media.
Witnesses saw thick smoke rising from the main building of the Ukrainian government.
Sunday's attack is the second mass Russian drone and missile attack to target Kyiv in the span of two weeks, as hopes for peace talks wane.
