GRAND FORKS — The UND football program continued a strong start to the season Saturday with a convincing 50-20 win over Portland State in the Potato Bowl.

Here are five things you might've missed during the game.

After Portland State's first touchdown of the game late in the first quarter, UND defensive back Bennett Walker attempted to return an extra-point kick that was blocked by Lance Rucker.

Walker appeared to hurt his leg on the play and hobbled to the sideline.

He didn't return to the game and wasn't wearing his jersey or pads in the second half on the sideline.

"I think he probably could have went," UND head coach Eric Schmidt said. "I think that's sometimes the art of coaching is being able to manage a player. I don't think it's going to be anything. He told me at halftime, 'H
