And a new study recognized it as Denver’s wealthiest suburb.

GOBankingRates released a pair of studies in August looking at the wealthiest suburbs of the 50 largest metro areas in the U.S., as well as the 50 wealthiest suburbs in the country .

The mean income in Greenwood Village was $258,780 in 2023, according to the report. The average home value in June 2025 is $1,639,158.

That leaves it short of ranking among the top 50 wealthiest suburbs nationally, but it still stands out in the Intermountain West.
