BELLEFONTE, Pa. – A former Johnstown man and infamous criminal who was convicted of abusing and torturing his seven children in the 1990s has died in custody at SCI-Rockview.

Rickie Gaddis was terminally ill, Centre County Coroner Scott Sayers said, and succumbed to his disease Friday at the age of 68. ×
