We all indulge in judging. Some feel that judgments are necessary; and add that judgment, many times, is unavoidable. There is a difference between judging and being judgmental. Non-judgmental attitude is considered better.

Some call it an act of hypocrisy. Many are of the view that since we all are imperfect, we should not judge others.

Few judgments can be OK. We should learn when to judge and when not. And then there is discernment.

Some advise us to root our judgments in empathy and approach judging with responsibility.
