After a long nine months, Jets football is officially back.

Gang Green gets their 2025 campaign underway in Week 1 when they welcome in a familiar face in QB Aaron Rodgers and his new team, the Pittsburgh Steelers , to MetLife Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

It was a roller coaster ride the last two seasons for Rodgers and the Jets. With new leadership of head coach Aaron Glenn and general manager Darren Mougey coming in, the four-time NFL MVP decided not to return this offseason and instead join the Steelers for his 21st and final season in the league before calling it a career, with his next stop coming at the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio in five or six years from now.
