The Real World: New Orleans alum, 48, is seeking treatment as she faces three charges amid her divorce from Scott Wolf , according to multiple sources.

Kelley previously appeared in court on Tuesday, Sept. 2, when she told a district court judge her plans to enter a rehabilitation treatment center.
