Jameson Williams is one of the most explosive receiving threats in the NFL and he'll continue to be just that for the Detroit Lions through at least 2029 as the team announced a contract extension for Williams Sunday morning.
Williams, 24, joins All-Pro safety Kerby Joseph as the second member of Detroit's 2022 draft class - Brad Holmes' second as Lions GM - to reach a contract extension with the team. Fellow 2022 first-round pick Aidan Hutchinson and the team have also begun preliminary talks on a contract extension, per Holmes.
