An inspirational Rangers fan who battled terminal illness has passed away just months after meeting her hero Barry Ferguson. ‌

Pamela Wright bravely battled a number of autoimmune diseases starting when she was a teenager. She sadly lost her battle with ill health last week, aged 40. ‌

Rangers-daft Pamela grew up supporting her heroes from the stands and was a regular at Ibrox where she would go along to cheer the Light Blues with her grandpa. ‌

She was placed on palliative care this year and raised more than £26,000 for the Marie Curie Hospice in Glasgow.

The Rangers Charity Foundation, the official charity wing of the club arranged Pamela to go and meet the staff and players at their Dream Day back in April.
