The Michael Chaves-directed installment has bragging rights to becoming the biggest horror debut of all time internationally (overtaking WB’s own It Chapter 2 ) and the 2nd biggest ever globally. Warner leads studios for 2025 worldwide ($3.778B), offshore ($2.04B) and domestically ($1.738B).
The Patrick Wilson/Vera Farmiga-starrer further had the biggest debut in the Conjuring Universe in 41 overseas markets including Germany, Netherlands, Italy, UK and all of Latin America.
