Armed with a map, Hunter Burton and her friend Devin Sturm wandered around the second floor of John K. King Used and Rare Books, not really lost, but also, not knowing where they were headed. Burton, from Warren, and longtime friend Sturm, from Virginia Beach, Va., were making their first visit to the bookstore, the largest in Michigan, on a recent Thursday morning and were overwhelmed by its size.
"This is a lot, but I like it," Sturm said. "It's like, you might not be able to finish seeing it all in days. It would take, like, days and days of being here to see it all," Sturm said.
"I still haven't gotten any books because I'm just like going through everything, trying to figure out what I'm looking for because there's too many options," Burton added.
