DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The final day to register for the Huber Heights Community-Wide Garage Sale is Monday, Sept. 8.

The city has a community sale twice a year, on the second full weekend of June and September. It runs from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday/Friday and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday/Sunday.

The city said residents can have a yard sale without obtaining a permit durning these times. However, if they’d like to be on the published participant list, they need to register. They can pick all or any of the days to participate.

“Please remember that you can put a sign on your property only. Garage/yard/temporary sale signs are not permitted to be placed on traffic signs, telephone poles or objects in the public right-of-way,” wrote the city.
