Man found dead outside CTA Orange Line stop, police say

A 26-year-old man was found fatally shot outside an “L” stop in McKinley Park Sunday morning, Chicago police reported.

The man was found with a gunshot wound in the upper body at the 3500 block of South Leavitt Street, outside the 35th/Archer CTA Orange Line stop, at around 5:30 a.m. Sunday.

Police said he died at the scene. No one is in custody.
