The New Orleans Saints ' hope of a healthy season from No. 1 wide receiver Chris Olave got off to a concerning start in Week 1.

Olave, who suffered multiple concussions last season, was hit hard during the fourth quarter of Sunday's season opener against the Arizona Cardinals at the Caesars Superdome. He walked off to the sideline under his own power and went to the blue medical tent for further evaluation.

The Saints said that Olave suffered a chest injury and is considered questionable to return in the fourth quarter, but he quickly returned to the game.

Olave had five catches for 39 yards prior to the hit. He was placed on season-ending injured reserve with a concussion last season and dealt with an ankle injury early in training camp this year.
