TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — The Jerome School District announced a plan to implement changes to fix its ongoing problems with student transportation .

On Friday, Superintendent Brent Johnson stated in an email to parents that they were taking extra time to implement changes to improve route times, resolve safety issues, and increase transportation efficiency.

“While we had hoped to have a full rollout (Friday), we are taking extra time to ensure the changes are made correctly and avoid further confusion,” Johnson said in an email. “We understand how difficult and frustrating it is for you to get your children to school during this time, and we appreciate your patience.”
