Donald Trump is apparently trying to take credit for infrastructure projects funded by a bill former president Joe Biden signed into law — legislation that Trump vehemently opposed at the time as “a loser for the U.S.A.”

Now, The New York Times reported , the Trump administration is taking down blue signs that once touted projects “funded by President Joe Biden’s Bipartisan Infrastructure Law” and putting up red signs that read, in all caps: “President Donald J.
