CHICAGO (WLS) -- Sammy Sosa and Derrek Lee were officially inducted into the Cubs Hall of Fame on Sunday.

The former Chicago Cubs players were presented with their Hall of Fame blazers, with Kerry Wood doing the honors for D-Lee and Aramis Ramirez for Sammy.

Then the threw out first pitches and even led the 7th inning stretch.

It was a well-deserved honor for two of the Cubs' all-time greats.

Lee played with the Cubs from 2004 to 2010. The first baseman was a National League MLB All-Star in 2005 and 2007.

Sosa returned to Wrigley Field for the first time in more than 20 years earlier this year.
