Magnus Ferrell is ready to make a name for himself in the music world.

The 21-year-old son of the 58-year-old comedian and wife Viveca Paulin hit the red carpet in his first awards show appearance as a solo music artist at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday (September 7) at UBS Arena in Elmont, New York.

He previously opened up about his aspirations in an interview.

“The great thing about me wanting to do music is that I have to make good music for people to react to good music. Sure, there’s been opportunities, and I’ve gotten extra opportunities because of my parents, but I still had to show up for the occasion,” he told Us Weekly over the summer.
