After what the Detroit Lions went through last year, the team was likely relieved heading into Sunday's Week 1 matchup against the division rival Green Bay Packers relatively healthy.

Detroit's injury report was loaded with lots of defensive starters including linebackers Alex Anzalone, Malcolm Rodriguez, Pat O'Connor, and Jalen Reeves-Maybin, edge-rusher Aidan Hutchinson, defensive tackles Alim McNeil and D.J. Reader, and cornerback Carlton Davis.

The Lions only had two injury-related inactives on Sunday — running back Sione Vaki (hamstring) and linebacker Trevor Nowaske (elbow) — but early in the second half the team suffered its first major injury setback of the season when star cornerback Terrion Arnold exited the game with a groin injury.
